Description:
A hole is a place in us where our original Essence is lost. Where self esteem is lost there is a hole. Where joy is lost there is a hole. Where kindness is lost there is a hole. Where compassion is lost there is a hole. Where love is lost there is a hole. If we feel invisible un loveable, sad, depressed, there is a big hole. At times we can identify the wound, sometimes we can not. It can happen that we discover it by looking at what excesses are happening in life. Too much drugs alcohol, food, work, drama. Once we begin to shine the light and if we are open the healing begins. And then to heal we must let Spirit pass over the hole. A hole is an opening for Spirit to do Its work. God is in the darkness of our deepest holes too.
