Peaceful simply means not angry. When you take care of your own anger you can bring peace to life. Peace comes by simply letting go of the argument with what is. No matter how you’re feeling, just let it be. The moment you are not in conflict with yourself, you begin to experience an inner quietness, a deep peace. This is an invitation to just be peaceful and also to act from it. Once you taste this peace the vortex of suffering will stand out in stark contrast to it.”
