Presence helps us take responsibility for quality of each moment and supports our capacity to respond consciously. With increased awareness we bring increased response-ability to live fully alive and fully present, moment to moment. Being fully present in the moment requires nothing of us. However, the moment we are at a point of thought, feeling or action, we are open to the responsibility of choosing how to be with our experience.
