In this way we can see everything as Ensouled, repleat with spiritual forces, as we witness the amazing miracle of creation swirling around us. Recognizing that everything is sacred comes with the responsibility to live in balance with all of life. We are called to treat the world (everyone and everything in it) with reverence and willingness to cherish it, protect and preserve it, and to refrain from causing harm.

Shifting identity from personality/ego to Essence gives us the capacity for self-transcendence which helps us move out of our ego-‘center’ long enough to see a larger picture of the world around us. We then cross the threshold from a self centered, self conscious state of being to experience ourselves as the divinity that we really are. We do not stop 'doing life'. We simply put our Essence Self first, not second, so that within whatever we are doing we keep our focus on the sacredness of the moment.

Self- transcendence is a concept that is incorporated into most spiritual traditions. We are asked to go beyond our limited state of ego to expand our own consciousness. As we move into a greater awareness we cultivate the capacity for gratitude, generosity, forgiveness and Love. We feel a sense of connection with the world and find that serving and loving is the only meaningful exsistence.

The story of Easter has influenced the course of human history. The focus of the story is on the death and resurrection of Jesus, but the truth is, you don’t have to believe in Jesus as your personal Savior for the idea of Easter to be relevant in your life. It is a symbol of radical change, renewal, and new beginnings. It is a metaphor for the opportunity each of us have to revitalize our human walk in the world so that we more easily express the divinity that is our true essence. In the springtime of our experiences we are each invited to find the 'Easter' of our own soul and realize the depth of our own potential.

Our greatness is the spark of divinity that is the truth of who we really are. Each and every one of us is great; there’s something magnificent about us. We are the perfection of life itself. Everyone of us has same essence of Being because we share the same 'life force'. No one is excluded; greatness is not restricted. Our greatness can and does show up differently in our humanness because each of us is a unique expression of the divine. So greatness can show up in as many ways as there are human beings. “If you have been taught to avoid thinking too highly of yourself, and that greatness is reserved for a handful of select individuals, you probably resist the idea or may even not recognize your greatness because you have been conditioned to think small, to try to fit in, not to aim too high” But, our capacity for greatness transcends anything we ever been taught or have thought about ourselves.

How we embrace tour day to day unfolding experiences affects the quality of our whole life ~ how we live and how we act in the world. The capacity to trust the process, the natural order of the Universe, helps us engage with life from a place of courage, authenticity and resiliency. This doesn’t mean we have to like every experience. Some experiences may not feel all that good. But it does mean that we can cultivate the capacity to relax with life and actually 'feel in our bones' that we are and will be okay ~ no matter what. This is what trusting the process is all about.

"Help me to see the truth about myself”. The world is filled with light, with grace and with the energy of the Divine. And, we are in this light all the time whether we know it or not. We can’t lose our light, but can forget. We must remember our divinity so that we can bring forth our highest selves and express our soul's highest purpose. We are always at a choice point to remember who we really or to forget. We can live our best life and remember our brighter nature by setting an intention to remember to reconnect consciously with our inner light; by being willing to be honest and find places that get in the way; by having the courage to look at those places where we show up as a ‘bad snapshot’ of ourselves that captures a limited likeness ~ not who we really are; and by seeing ourselves as holy by seeing beyond limited ideas that hide our radiant divinity.

We are born in blessing and we don't have to earn Divine Love. We are Divine Love. And we are in the process of discovering it. As we have evolved as a human species we have become capable of choice. We can choose love or fear. As we choose to be loving we become "awesome humans." Our job is to work on being the best human possible and as we do our Divine Self begins to reveal.

Nothing is permanently satisfying. In fact, nothing is permanently anything. Without exception, everything is in a constant state of change. Built into everything is a life span. Things pass through phases. We create a personal hell for ourselves when we get stuck in trying to control things so that they stay the same. Identifying ourselves as an essential part of the divine flow of the Universe reminds us that regardless of the changes going on around us, we can feel secure knowing God doesn’t come and go. We can rest easy knowing that there is no need to hold on to anything in life. We can enjoy the abundance of life without attachment instead of holding on for fear of losing something.

Let the universe celebrate itself through you. Self-love is a simple invitation to remember your own divinity. The more willing you are to feel love for yourself (just as you are) the sooner you create life circumstances that reflect that energy. If we don't love ourselves and know our own divinity we can’t see it in one another. We are encouraged to be a 'positive onlooker of life' and bring forth our loving and lovely qualities so that we come from the consciousness of our hearts. This helps us be a center of love.
