Precious human birth is a rare gift. We are born to remember who we are. We are born to love, serve and remember. When we connect with our Soul, our deeper self, we will discover freedom beyond our ego. We will live in a field of of creativity and possibilities. As we journey through life we must embrace our fear and be gentle with ourselves. The journey is about learning.

Duane Elgin tell us that we are headed for an evolutionary crash or bounce. We are entering a new paradigm shift as Spirituality and science come together. As more of us live from the Soul we see the world as an alive Universe. We see Life as sacred knowing we are connected not only to each other but to the Universe as well. We are called to evolve consciously as we take the bounce forward to a new paradigm.

Recognition of the Allness of God brings us into realms of the heart and an awareness of the sacredness in all things. In this way we can see everything as Ensouled, repleat with spiritual forces, as we witness the amazing miracle of creation swirling around us. Recognizing that everything is sacred comes with the responsibility to live in balance with all of life. We are called to treat the world (everyone and everything in it) with reverence and willingness to cherish it, protect and preserve it, and to refrain from causing harm.

Shifting identity from personality/ego to Essence gives us the capacity for self-transcendence which helps us move out of our ego-‘center’ long enough to see a larger picture of the world around us. We then cross the threshold from a self centered, self conscious state of being to experience ourselves as the divinity that we really are. We do not stop 'doing life'. We simply put our Essence Self first, not second, so that within whatever we are doing we keep our focus on the sacredness of the moment.

Self- transcendence is a concept that is incorporated into most spiritual traditions. We are asked to go beyond our limited state of ego to expand our own consciousness. As we move into a greater awareness we cultivate the capacity for gratitude, generosity, forgiveness and Love. We feel a sense of connection with the world and find that serving and loving is the only meaningful exsistence.

The story of Easter has influenced the course of human history. The focus of the story is on the death and resurrection of Jesus, but the truth is, you don’t have to believe in Jesus as your personal Savior for the idea of Easter to be relevant in your life. It is a symbol of radical change, renewal, and new beginnings. It is a metaphor for the opportunity each of us have to revitalize our human walk in the world so that we more easily express the divinity that is our true essence. In the springtime of our experiences we are each invited to find the 'Easter' of our own soul and realize the depth of our own potential.

Step Into Your Greatness

Our greatness is the spark of divinity that is the truth of who we really are. Each and every one of us is great; there’s something magnificent about us. We are the perfection of life itself. Everyone of us has same essence of Being because we share the same 'life force'. No one is excluded; greatness is not restricted. Our greatness can and does show up differently in our humanness because each of us is a unique expression of the divine. So greatness can show up in as many ways as there are human beings. “If you have been taught to avoid thinking too highly of yourself, and that greatness is reserved for a handful of select individuals, you probably resist the idea or may even not recognize your greatness because you have been conditioned to think small, to try to fit in, not to aim too high” But, our capacity for greatness transcends anything we ever been taught or have thought about ourselves.

Our work is to give energy to our precious human birth and nourish the soil in which we are to grow and blossom. Every life is precious, no matter what. Sunday Message We all have a tendency to listen to 'Monkey Mind', a unique and personal “highly efficient negative possibility forecasting machine” which generally reflects the moral, emotional and mental development of a 9 to 11 year old. This self-limiting internal dialogue activates doubt and causes us to 'leak' our creative energy into worry and fear. We can cultivate the capacity to simply say ‘thank you for sharing’, lighten up, and observe rather than engage with it by learning to 'turn the volume down.'
